- A complete application for high-risk business licence will be processed and referred to the technical department and the result issued within 8 weeks of working days.
- Application for hawker licence / permit will be processed and the result issued within 10 working days.
- Application for Banner and streamer Installation permit is processed and approved within one day and advertisement licence application within 14 working days.
- A complete application for stall licence will be processed and the result issued within 14 working days.

- Each complaint will be resolved within 1-21 working days (for complaints that do not involve financial allocation)

- To process leave applications for permanent / contract / part-time staff within 2 days from the date of application.
- To meet complete application for stationery items from the divisions within 2 working days.
- To prepare call to meetings for council meetings within 7 days before the date of the meeting.
- To reply immediately to correspondence pertaining to the council administration within 3 days.
